SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are dispatched from Singapore by 1 working day after payment is cleared.
Local customers who have requested for Cash on Delivery during check out will receive
a call from our customer service staff within 1 working day to confirm the delivery date
and time (delivery charge of S$4.00).

Local postal delivery will take 1 to 2 working days to arrive. Overseas postal delivery
will take anytime between 5 working days to 2 weeks to arrive.

Delivery charge is calculated based on total weight of the order inclusive of packaging.

Overseas courier charges will be quoted upon request.

Registration of postal service delivery is recommended and is at an additional fee of
S$2.00. Registered postal deliveries are insured up to a value of $60.00.
AFolia shall not be responsible for any delivery-related damages or lost postal
deliveries that are not registered.

All postal deliveries and overseas courier deliveries are packed in either carton boxes
or cushioned envelopes. Additional padding will be added to minimise movement during
delivery and reduce the chances of delivery-related damage.
