PAYMENT INFORMATION

Default term of payment is prepayment via Bank Transfer. Customers may opt for payment by Cash on Delivery during check out, however it is only available for local orders and subjected to a delivery charge of SGD$4.00.

Total amount payable will be reflected in the Tax Invoice sent with the order confirmation email within 1 working day from the submission of online order.

Preferred method of prepayment for Singapore residents is via Bank Transfer as it is a fast, easy and safe method of payment. We will furnish our account details in the order confirmation email in order for the customer to perform the transaction at Auto-Teller Machines, Internet Banking, Phone Banking or DBS/OCBC Cash Deposit Machines.

Method of payment for overseas customers is by PayPal, International Bank Drafts or International Money Orders.

If possible, customers should indicate their name and tax invoice number or online order number when performing the payment transaction.

Customers may proceed to make payment immediately after receiving the Tax Invoice with the order confirmation email.

When payment is transferred to our account, we will dispatch the order within 1 working day. Upon clearance of payment, an email will be sent to notify the customer regarding the date of dispatch or to arrange for a delivery date and time for local courier deliveries.
